本报讯 3月26日，新万博体育,新万博注册大学生物医学研究院、附属口腔医院余红秀教授团队在Cell Death & Differentiation杂志发表了题为SIRT7 regulates T-cell antitumor immunity through modulation of BCAA and fatty acid metabolism的研究论文。该研究揭示了SIRT7通过去琥珀酰化修饰调控支链氨基酸（BCAA）和脂肪酸（FA）代谢，进而维持CD8+ T细胞的抗肿瘤功能，为肿瘤免疫治疗提供了新靶点。
